Job Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market research sector

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in market research, consulting, or B2B services
• Strong understanding of the market research industry and methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
