Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the General Trade segment.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to launch new products effectively.
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the cosmetics industry, with a focus on General Trade channels.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
Excellent understanding of sales strategies and a demonstrable ability to drive revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics market in Jakarta, including key players, trends, and distribution channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
