Job Responsibilities

  • Constantly and rapidly increase sales of specialized products and services in both volume and profitability

  • Coordinate with sales team and operations team to achieve agreed sales targets and quality performance targets

  • Set yearly sustainable sales targets that achieve sustainable profit and review on monthly basis

  • Report directly to the Associate Director and Head Office Administration and Accounts

  • Create and review Sales Contract and Warranty before submission to Head Office Director

  • Conduct regular seminars to introduce and promote specialized systems

  • Actively participate as company representative in relevant industrial and academic activities

  • Take responsibility for achieving sales and operation team performance through effective implementation of sales and operations teams training and performance appraisal

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience in Sales & Marketing, with experience in building materials and project management specialized in Civil/Construction industry

  • Proven successful track record in sales management and creating personal sales earning networks with contractors, consultants and developers in highly preferred

  • Ability to work independently to deliver real long term results in profitability to the company with minimum supervision from senior management

  • Strong heart-sell enthusiasm and overwhelming desire to serve customers

  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to monitor operating processes

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
