Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for PACS solutions
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and procurement teams
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with healthcare institutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare IT solutions
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the radiology or medical imaging sector
Strong understanding of PACS systems, radiology workflows, and hospital IT infrastructure
Established network of contacts within Jakarta's healthcare industry
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Willingness to travel within Jakarta and surrounding regions
Valid driver's license
