Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients across various industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline analyses for senior management
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized cloud solutions for clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with clients
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the IT/cloud computing sector
• At least 2-3 years in a sales management or team leadership role
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Established network of contacts within Jakarta's enterprise business community
• Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
