Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for residential property projects
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property sales consultants to maximize performance and productivity

• Establish and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, and corporate clients

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the residential property sector
• Strong understanding of the Tangerang property market and regional development trends
• Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop sales teams
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
