Job Responsibilities
• Manage complex corporate and commercial legal matters from inception to completion
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate documents
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and commercial dispute resolutions
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and firm quality standards
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on multi-jurisdictional matters
Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from a reputable university with excellent academic record
• Advocate license (BAS) is mandatory
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong expertise in corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, or dispute resolution
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
