Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Supervise and mentor the finance team members
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Support business decisions through detailed financial modeling and analysis
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK accounting standards
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
