Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive service and parts network strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage and optimize the performance of dealer and service center networks across the region
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, parts availability, and service quality
Establish and maintain strong relationships with network partners, dealers, and stakeholders
Lead training programs to enhance technical capabilities and service standards across the network
Oversee parts inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with brand standards, service protocols, and regulatory requirements
Develop and manage network budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
Coordinate warranty administration and manage claims processes across the network
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service operations, or network management
Proven track record of managing dealer networks or multi-site service operations
Strong understanding of automotive parts distribution, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance management
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
Willingness to travel extensively across the network as required
