Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage all procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure consistent supply, competitive pricing, and high quality
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with local and international suppliers
Oversee end-to-end export and import operations, including documentation, permits, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
Liaise with government authorities, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective operations
Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives
Ensure export-import compliance to maintain product quality and operational standards
Job Requirements
Proven experience in procurement and export-import management within manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies
Excellent negotiation skills with local and international suppliers
Experience managing documentation, permits, and customs clearance processes
Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics coordination
Full-time availability and willingness to be based in Makassar
