Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations. Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation
Ensure proper inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling stock discrepancies
Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and health & safety standards (HSE)
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and loading-delivery
Oversee warehouse layout optimization and ensure proper use of storage space and material handling equipment
Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (accuracy, lead time, stock turnover, etc.) to improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company standards, quality assurance, and applicable regulations
Prepare warehouse activity and performance reports for management
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of work experience in warehouse/supply chain management
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling systems
Certified in Supply Chain Management, preferably with experience in ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accuracy-driven
Knowledgeable about HSE regulations and capable of implementing them in a warehouse environment
